We will reduce our impact on the planet in 6 target areas:

Our houses are designed with materials which are built to last
We are reasonably look to reduce energy usage where possible and are designing the building with that in mind
Our gyms are carbon neutral, bringing the best in class products for smarter workouts, improved recovery more accessible and sustainable for everybody; including the earth
Cutting our consumption:
Jaego’s House will send zero waste to landfill, reduce the waste we send to landfill and ultimately our oceans.
We will aim to source pre-loved books and toys for our creche and nursery with a focus on sustainable materials
We will work closely with Grundon Waste Management to address and find ongoing, effective ways to reduce waste. By working with only one partner allows us to ensure accountability and benefit from greater visibility where our waste ends up and how it gets there.
Sourcing our food locally:
We will endeavour to source our food as locally as possible, reducing its footprint, supporting local suppliers and ensuring limited use of plastic packaging - including the way our food is delivered.
The chemicals we use in the building:
We will be making sure any products used in-house are consciously chosen including laundry, housekeeping, sanitation and dishwashing and will have refill options or products with a low impact on our environment.
How our staff travel to work:
Work towards reducing our staff travel footprint by hiring locally, supporting green methods of travel, and raising awareness of schemes which they can take advantage of: such as the Green Commute Initiative.
Our impact on our immediate surroundings:
We will look to conduct our own community clean-ups of the surrounding area including the canal.
